01What makes a good review
Write about your own experience with the website: using it, buying from it, getting support. Say what went well and what didn’t, so others can judge for themselves.
One review per person per website. You can edit yours at any time from My reviews; an edited review is checked again before it reappears.
02What we don’t publish
We don’t publish a review that:
- is spam or advertising — links to other sites, promotions, or the same text posted again and again;
- is off-topic — about something other than the website, or about the domain name itself rather than the site;
- uses abusive language — insults, threats, hate or harassment;
- includes personal information — anyone’s full name, address, phone number, email address or account details;
- is a conflict of interest — written by the site’s owner or staff, by a competitor, or in return for payment or a reward.
If yours isn’t published, we email you the reason. Edit it and it goes back for review.
03For site owners
If you’ve verified that you own a site, you can’t review it, but you can reply once to each published review. Your reply shows under it, marked as from the verified owner.
04Reporting a review
Signed-in users can report a published review that breaks these guidelines. A moderator looks at it and may remove it. Reviews are opinions, separate from the security checks in each report, and CubDomain doesn’t verify what they say.
