Simple checks use 1 credit. A full report runs every check at once, so it uses 10, still cheaper than calling each endpoint on its own.
Results we checked recently come from our cache. On paid plans, adding fresh=true forces a live check and uses 2× the credits.
Errors (4xx and 5xx responses) never use credits.

Each call uses credits: most checks use 1, a full domain report uses more. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and unused credits don’t roll over. Errors never use credits.
By default calls get an error, and use no credits, until your credits reset at the start of your next monthly period. On a paid plan you can turn on overage instead: calls carry on at your plan’s overage price, up to a monthly cap you set, charged when the month ends.
An upgrade starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal. Cancel any time: you keep your plan until the renewal date, then move to the Free plan. Your keys stay the same throughout.
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Australian customers pay 10% GST on top, shown on the tax invoice you get with each payment.
